2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on 499 bad, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid and verifiable identity document.
• Must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Please note the following in particular:

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.
• Managing an account through a third party is prohibited.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

499 bad follows an identity verification process to ensure secure transactions. Users may be required to submit a copy of their national ID card or passport before a withdrawal is processed or upon request by the authorities. 499 bad reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

2.4 Account Suspension and Closure

499 bad may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons: violation of the Terms, suspicion of fraud, operating multiple accounts, or providing false information. The balance of a closed account will be settled according to the prescribed process.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

499 bad currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank transfer (major banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods). Deposited funds become available once credited to the account.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods can be used for withdrawals:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

The bonus must be wagered within a specified time limit. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the time limit expires. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.

4.2 VIP Cashback

499 bad has three VIP tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. Example: as a Silver member, a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 earns ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

499 bad reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. A bet may be considered void in the following cases:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time.
• If match-fixing or betting manipulation is suspected.
• If opposing bets are placed on the same event to guarantee a profit.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Odds in sports betting are always subject to change and may change up until the match begins. Once a bet is successfully placed, it will be settled at the odds applicable at that moment. 499 bad is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by network delays in live betting.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

All slot and casino games operate through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game session is completely independent and previous results have no effect on future results. RTP (Return to Player) is the long-term average return rate and is not guaranteed on every spin or hand.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Match-fixing through a syndicate.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

6.1 Data Collection

Name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment information are collected at registration. Device information, IP address, and usage patterns may be recorded while using the platform.

While 499 bad aims to provide uninterrupted service, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. 499 bad is not liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.

9.2 Mobile App

Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. 499 bad is not liable for any issues arising from apps downloaded from third-party sources. Always get the app from official sources.

10.1 Amendment of Terms

499 bad reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Termination of Agreement

Users may request account closure at any time through support. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw any existing balance and settle ongoing bets before the account is closed. If 499 bad closes an account due to a violation of the Terms, any accumulated bonuses may be cancelled.
